Brent oil prices were under pressure for most of 2025. Global supply was high, as OPEC+ increased production and countries like the US, Brazil, and Guyana continued to grow output. Forecasts suggest prices could rise further in the short term, but may fall back below $90 later in the year if supply routes reopen.
