The company is a market leader in its domestic market with a strong brand name and the biggest market share in online advertising. Despite a leading position in its home market, the company has a weaker presence in the international markets where it faces strong competition from internet giant Google and Microsoft among others. Going forward, government enforced regulations create a level of uncertainty which diminishes as China is becoming more progressive through time.
