Information regarding past performance is not a reliable indicator of future performance.
Apple reported its strongest quarter ever in Q1 FY2026 (December 2025). Revenue reached $143.8 billion, up 16% year-over-year, with record results across the board. iPhone revenue grew up to $85.3 billion (+23%), Services passed $30 billion (+14%), and earnings per share came in at $2.84 (+19%). Sales in Greater China jumped 38%, recovering after a weaker period. Apple also generated $53.9 billion in operating cash flow and returned $32 billion to shareholders. Apple’s business model is clear: iPhone sales drive revenue, while Services generate higher profits. Services have much higher margins, so their growth is especially important for overall earnings. The next key focus is Apple Intelligence - Apple’s push into AI features directly on devices. Investors expect this to encourage users to upgrade their devices faster. There are still risks to watch: tariffs affecting production in Asia, stronger competition (especially from Huawei in China), and uncertainty about how much AI features will actually drive new sales. For Q2 FY2026, Apple expects revenue growth of 13–16% and gross margins of 48–49%.
