Q3 2026 revenue was a record $1.42 billion, up 12% year-over-year and slightly below the $1.43 billion expected. EPS fell 16% to $0.51, below the $0.55 consensus, as expenses rose 16% and unrealized losses on a Robinhood fund cut earnings by $0.07. Adjusted EPS was $0.60, down 3%.

Prediction markets are now a bigger business than crypto. Event contract revenue rose to $173 million on a record 16.4 billion contracts, while crypto revenue was $120 million, down 55% from a year earlier. Options revenue was $399 million. Rothera, the prediction market exchange Robinhood runs with Susquehanna, passed $100 million in annualized revenue in its first full quarter.

Gold subscribers reached a record 5.2 million, funded customers rose 7% to 28.7 million, and platform assets rose 19% to $396 billion. Net deposits were $15.7 billion, down from $21.7 billion in Q2, but deposits in the first weeks of Q4 already topped $13 billion, including $6 billion from the Dell family's pledge to Trump Accounts.

Robinhood launched crypto trading in the UK and received Dubai approval to offer stocks, ETFs and crypto, with a Middle East launch planned for 2027.
