At its 28 Oct investor day Oracle targeted at least $225 billion of revenue, $21 of EPS and an operating margin above 40% by fiscal 2030, and capped new capital raising through fiscal 2030 at $20 billion, half equity and half debt. Capital spending should peak in fiscal 2027 and 2028, with free cash flow of at least $30 billion in fiscal 2029. Oracle kept its fiscal 2027 outlook of at least $90 billion of revenue and $8.10 of EPS.
Last quarter revenue was $19.3 billion, up 30%, and contracted backlog reached $664 billion. The Financial Times reported that Oracle ended a contract worth about $7 billion to rent roughly 100,000 AI chips in Southeast Asia to Tencent, under pressure from the Trump administration.
